Welcome Dance

Callissa walked over to the refreshments table, covered head to toe in red. Some would say it was Erindale pride. Others who had been friends with her longer would know that Callissa just liked the colour red... and hated wearing heels. She twirled around on her red converse in front of a few Ceballerans looking at her like she had two heads.
"Hey Milo!" She waved over her boyfriend. "Isn't this dance amazing? We've never done anything like this before. It's just what we needed. And the decorations are beautiful!" Callissa smiled. "The art classes did a wonderful job!"

"Yea. I guess so," Milo replied. "A weird time for a dance. So many kids who are still yet to be sorted."

"Nonsense!" Callissa scolded, handing him a green frosted cupcake. "Just because they are unsorted doesn't mean they cannot have fun!" Milo bit on the cupcake and soon spit it into a napkin in disgust.

"What flavor is this?" He asked Callissa.

"It's green flavoured!" Callissa replied. "Uh duh."

"Are you okay?" Milo asked. "You're not yourself."

"Just because I'm being fun, that means I'm not being me?!"

"No. Uh I'll just walk over there now."

Charlotte walked into the dance, smiling. She made her way over to the refreshment table and poured herself a glass. She took a small sip and sat back and observed.

Olivia wasn't even all that sure what she was wearing. She didn't care all that much, either. Superficial things such as appearances were never all that important to her.

Apparently, she was the only person who thought like that. A whole lot of people were dressed up for this event.

What was it again? Oh yeah. Welcome dance.

She didn't like dances. But, on the other hand, she hadn't attended many. The ones at Octela were probably different. Maybe. Possibly.

Olivia shrugged.

Callissa sighed. How could Milo say she wasn't fun? That wasn't true was it? No of course not. She set down her cup and grabbed Milo by the wrists.

"C'mon!" She smiled. Milo's eyes widened with worry
"W-where are we going?" He asked.

"We're going to dance," she dragged him into the center of the floor and put her arms around his neck while a song played. She swayed left and right while Milo awkwardly tried to follow her lead.

Lizzie wasn't really into the dances but she decided to attend to one. She had quite hard time to find the dress, shoes, make up and even she had to herself a hair what suits for and doesn't really stand out. But she wanted to look pretty on this event.

Soon she walked into the main hall. She didn't see here many people yet. She have seen some of them in classes but never really spoken with them. She walked towards the refreshment table and looked what was offered there.
